I first became interested in the looping concept after my punk band, dimBulb, broke up and the origin of life in my family made forming another band a bit difficult. After seeing Don Caballero play live one night, I became intrigued by their use of Akai Headrush pedals in creating complex rhythms and layers. After ordering a headrush pedal for myself, I was instantly hooked. Since then I have been greatly inspired by the music of David Torn, Steve Tibbets, and Nels Cline.
Currently I play a homemade Pseudo Klein guitar and make extensive use of an Electrix Repeater, Echoplex Pro, Line6 DL-4 Lexicon Vortex, as well as Zvex stompboxes.
